If you currently have lash extensions done by another artist, a professional removal is required before we apply a new full set. This gentle removal process safely dissolves existing adhesive without damaging your natural lashes, ensuring a clean and healthy base for your new set. Also, if you're switching from one lash style to another, a removal might be necessary depending on the lash style and curl used for your new look. This helps us achieve the best results and ensures perfect retention and styling. If you're unsure whether you need a removal, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help guide you!

Lash Bath (Add-On)

A clean lash line is essential for proper lash extension application and retention. If you arrive at your appointment with makeup, oily products, or buildup on your lashes, a Lash Bath will be required before we begin your service. This includes a gentle cleanse to remove any mascara, eyeliner, oils, or debris using a lash-safe foaming cleanser and soft brush. It ensures a clean base for adhesive to bond properly. ✨ A $15 fee will be added for this service if needed at your appointment. To avoid the extra charge, please come with clean, makeup-free eyes.

Mini Lash Fill (1 Wk)

NO FOREIGN FILL! Must schedule within 1 week from your previous appointment. Must have at least 70% of lash extensions remaining per eye by the time of your appointment! Mini fills are perfect for a quick touch-up if you have a special occasion in between regular fills and you want some extra glam.

30-Minute Touch Up (Within 3 Days)

Need a quick fix? We offer a complimentary 30-minute adjustment if you notice any issues within the first 3 days of your lash appointment. 🔧 This free touch-up must be scheduled within 3 days of your original service. ⏳ After the 3-day grace period, any adjustments will be considered a Mini Fill and charged accordingly. Your satisfaction matters—please reach out right away if anything doesn’t feel right!

Consultation/Patch Test (Optional)

✨ $10 – effective August 1, 2025 ✨ A patch test is a helpful way to check for any sensitivity or allergic reactions to the lash extension adhesive, tape, or under-eye pads used during your service. It must be scheduled and completed at least 24–48 hours prior to your lash appointment to properly observe any reactions. While the patch test is optional, it is highly recommended for first-time clients or anyone with sensitive skin or eyes. If you choose to opt out, a waiver must be signed before your treatment acknowledging the potential risks. Your comfort and safety are always our top priority 💛
