All deposits for any services are non-refundable unless I cancel your appointment. The remaining balance of your service is to be paid at your appointment. I prefer CASH ❤️ but I also accept Zelle, Venmo/Cashapp @BeautyByLinh, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Credit Card. When pay via Venmo/Cashapp, please use emojis 🦋🥰 Please be aware that a 2.5% transaction fee will apply when paying with a credit card. 𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐎𝐅 𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 You understand that there are risks associated with having artificial eyelashes applied to and/or removed from your existing eyelashes. Even with the utmost care in the application or removal of these products, there still exist risks associated with the procedure and product itself, which include, without limitation, eye irritation, eye pain, discomfort, and in rare cases, blindness even when applied in the usual manner. If You experience any irritation, redness, puffiness, itchiness, an allergic reaction, or any other side effect of this procedure, You are strongly suggested to get a removal ASAP‼️ As part of the removal procedure, You understand that a certain amount of chemical adhesive remover is applied to existing adhesives and a reaction occurs to dissolve the adhesive that results in the thinning of the remover. You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the eyelash extension artist from any and all claims, actions, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees which might be asserted against her as a result of you having this procedure performed, or your purchase of these lash extension products from her. You will not attribute any liabilities to the eyelash extension artist as a result of this procedure or the use and care of these lashes. 𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐇 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐒 & 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 Please come with clean lashes (free of oils, moisturizers, makeup, and completely clean lashes). If I have to remove makeup, mascara, lash glue, etc., a $10 lash bath fee will be added to your service. Do not wear contact lenses at the time of your appointment. No guests! Just you! Only limited space in my small room. Avoid caffeinated beverages and smoking before your appointment. Fill appointments must be scheduled within 2-4 weeks from your previous appointment. If you have less than 40% of lash extensions remaining (per eye) by the time of your appointment, please schedule a FULL SET instead to allow enough time for me to make your lashes look glamorous and full again. This also applies if you come back after 5+ weeks from your last appointment. Please ensure to plan your day accordingly. Services range from 1-3.5 hours depending on the service you choose. Never expect your lashes to look exactly like someone else's. Each set of extensions will vary from person to person. Eyeshape, natural lashes, lengths, curls, and thickness of extensions will determine the final look, which is unique... like you :) 𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐄𝐒 I take pride in my work. Above all else I want you to love the way you look and feel after your services. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your lashes or service, allow me to make the proper adjustments. If you have excessive lash extensions fallout, a free touch-up is provided if you contact me within the first 3 days following your appointment! This is to ensure that either I have it or need to order it for your appointment. 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐎 𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐇 You hereby grant the eyelash extension artist the full right to take, publish and reproduce photographs of you, your face, your eyes, and/or eyelashes, both before and after this procedure, for any advertising, education, and other purposes whatsoever. 𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 The safety of my family and clients is my top priority. As such, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if I feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness, and rude/obnoxious behavior.
